A founder-led group building practical pathways

Pamela Coleman is an educator, entrepreneur, technology trainer, and workforce-development leader with more than 15 years of experience creating practical pathways from education to economic opportunity.

She currently serves as an Entrepreneurship and CTE educator, Academy Lead Teacher, CTE Department Head, and FBLA advisor at Westside High School in Jacksonville, Florida. Under her leadership, Westside’s Entrepreneurship Academy advanced from an Advanced Academy to a Master Academy, while its FBLA chapter became the only chapter in Duval County Public Schools to earn Gold Champion Chapter recognition for two consecutive years. Her students have earned Entrepreneurship and Small Business and Florida Ready to Work credentials, competed in entrepreneurship challenges, developed real ventures, and secured employment, internships, and apprenticeship opportunities.

Pamela’s experience extends beyond the classroom. She has owned and operated businesses in retail, tax preparation, consulting, and financial markets. Her technology-education background includes teaching youth coding, serving as an adjunct instructor at Trident Technical College, providing educator professional development, and delivering private technology instruction. She holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Carlos Albizu University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the College of Charleston.

Recognized as Junior Achievement Educator of the Year in 2026, Pamela is known for combining entrepreneurship, technology, workforce readiness, financial literacy, and community impact into experiences that prepare people for real opportunities.

She founded Pathways & Impact Group to connect specialized platforms—including Strategic Learning Partners, C2E Digital Campus, JS4HS, Weekenders, and Pathways & Impact Labs—under one shared mission: building stronger pathways from learning to opportunity, economic mobility, and community impact.
