Pilot Information

C2E, including the C2E Digital Campus platform, is available as a limited evaluation pilot. Pilots are subject to availability and require a separate written pilot agreement. This page explains how pilots generally work — it is not the pilot contract, and nothing here is an offer.

Each pilot's classrooms, courses, timeline, and features are set in the written agreement. A pilot may use a subset of features and may be limited in size or duration.

A pilot begins only after the school or district has authorized it. No student should be onboarded and no student data should be uploaded until the school or district has approved the service and its data practices.

Participating teachers receive onboarding before students begin. We provide launch and implementation support during the pilot, as described in the agreement.

We agree on review points with the school up front and look at participation, teacher feedback, and progress together at the end of the pilot to decide on next steps.

Because this is an evaluation, features, content, and schedules may change during a pilot. We will communicate meaningful changes to the school contact.

Pilots do not guarantee any student outcome, credential, job, internship, or continued availability of the service after the pilot period.
